discovery, exploration, analysis and experimentation

Our curiosity and desire to learn enables us to look at each design project as a new adventure filled with exploration, discovery and new ideas. We start by conducting research to gain a better understanding of the intended audience and design goals. Once we complete research we work with our clients as collaborators exploring and testing ideas. Our goal is to use design to inspire and empower individual’s and organizations to achieve their goals.

Girls Inc. is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the social and emotional growth of young girls. Their motto: “Inspiring all girls to become strong, smart and bold.” Girls Inc. has a strong message and a consistent following. We work with them on external and internal pieces to bring cohesion to their visual communications and broaden their outreach. View the case study.

Kristine Mudd recently spent a year attending a graduate level program focussed on interaction design and social entrepreneurship, Austin Center for Design. The program provided an opportunity for her to focus on learning and her passion to use design to have a positive impact. She explored how design could be used to address the social issue of homelessness. Throughout the process she collaborated with students, advisors, staff at organizations addressing the issue and individual’s experiencing homelessness. View the case study.
